He answered all the questions and truthful and was always reachable all the way for any questions. Friday was not accepting RON signing for the closing as my wife was out of town but he made that possible for me and I guess I was the first customer for Tristar with RON signing for my wife.

We refinanced our mortgage with Tristar in Sep 2020. We got really good interest rates. Overall it took approximately a month and slightly past the estimated closing date but overall closed without issues. Highly recommended for good rates!
